I've been deep in depression and know the struggles of not being able to access inner peace.
I've been developing my approach to Inner Peace for the last 10 years.
I used to make it way more complicated than it needs to be.
With the 9-Day Inner Peace challenge I've simplified the process to take you back to calmer waters.

The journey of inner peace or 'enlightenment' is a life long journey.
Although some of the insights and shifts you may experience during the 9 days might feel “totally life changing, man!”… the purpose of the challenge is to do a radical change in direction.
A change in a beautiful & calmer direction. Nothing more and nothing less than that. A change that you might not be doing if you were only slowly chipping away at your struggle yourself. We will go where it’s peaceful... we will go where it hurts... and we will foster an ever-growing sense of SELF-LOVE in the process.

Moving from Germany to the UK at age 7, leaving my friends behind and not being able to speak English, I soon became familiar with feeling out of place.
A feeling that would describe much of my journey until today.
Trying to fit in led to much unhealthy behaviour growing up.
It was only until I dropped out of law school (where I felt very out of place!) that I had to face the consequences of the way I was living. I was experiencing severe illness (glandular fever & chronic fatigue) and life had become unbearable…
4 years of intense health struggles sparked a fierce journey of health and spiritual exploration. Including nutrition, fitness and countless books on deeep topics! A journey I’ve been on for the past 10 years. I managed to ‘cure’ myself from chronic fatigue with a natural and mindful approach.
During this time, I finished a Sociology Degree at University, which gave me insights into the nature of humans and society.
When I graduated, I was magically drawn to a hobby I had as a teenager. Making music! Starting from scratch with absolutely no know-how, I started recording tracks in my bedroom… the tracks all had to have an infusion of wisdom I picked up along the way… I felt that was missing in music.
…and who would have thought… today I’m still making music… collaborating with amazing artists… and people are listening to it all around the world!
In 2019, I published my first book titled ‘My Happiness Button’, where I reflect on what helped me through the tough years of illness and what anyone can do to level up their happiness.
As meditation was and is a huge part of my healing journey, I also found much fulfilment in creating guided meditations.
More recently, working closely with people all around the world in a coaching capacity has been very rewarding and made me reflect and grow as an individual in ways I never thought were possible.
One key thing I’ve noticed is that it’s always important to look at yourself as a student of life and realise that other people are team mates for our healing 😊… even if they don’t realise their role hah! That’s how I look at coaching sessions too, we are team mates.

As an author, independent musician and coach I know how precious time is.
I designed the challenge to fit around work and commitments - even for busy bees.
HOWEVER: you will need to be ready and in a position where you can invest some time in yourself ...if you’re serious about this challenge and your inner peace. Re-turning to inner peace can help you win back control over your time and life, as you will spend less time caught up in your mind... and more time living life fully!
The time investment for the 9-Day Inner Peace Challenge is less than 45 minutes a day (split between morning, day and night).
