Mostly these meditations are focused on grounding the nervous system and supporting you with a range of jaw issues. Examples: teeth grinding, clenching, jaw pain, TMJ pain, general jaw relaxation.
I've guided and recorded 100s of jaw meditations. As a curious person, I watch people and feedback.. I know what brings relaxation to the jaw, orofacial and nervous systems.
You will receive a form where you can describe the topic/issues you are hoping to overcome - I got you. I'm super excited for this potential collaboration with you :)
If I don't feel like I'm the best fit for your situation, I will communicate that to you. I want you to thrive, with or without me.
