A session is a safe, regulated & supportive space. We check-in with what is present in your body and emotions and meet it with gentle presence. Every session is unique and guided by the wisdom of your system. Sometimes more talking is needed, sometimes less. We work in ways you can feel and practice, not just talk about.
This is not a therapy session or clinical treatment - it’s supportive guided work to help you access calm and clarity.
There's plenty we can explore in a single session - but there are also limitations. I have seen again and again how important consistency is. I generally recommend meeting weekly if you've booked 5 sessions. Most people feel whether this work is right for them during the first session - after that, it’s about steady progress.
